Polgeto is a beautiful hamlet overlooking the fully restored Castle of Polgeto. The house sits on the edge of a mature olive grove on the edge of the hamlet. There are neighbours on two sides although the property is fully detached. Will convert into a 5 bedroom house with large communal areas. The surrounding country side has outstanding qualities with Olive groves and undulating well kept fields belonging to the Castle. Plenty of sunshine and just a 5 minute drive to the market town of Umbertide and good access to Perugia airport. Not for the faint hearted but a marvellous location.
