How much is the renovation of a manor?
A frequently asked question that of course cannot be answered across the board, but there are guidelines and empirical values.
For smaller to medium-sized manors in Poland, for example, a rough guideline for the last few years has been PLN 2 500 per m² usable area.
Due to constantly rising prices, however, this value must now be set higher. For a modern basic renovation according to a simple standard, one should estimate at least PLN 4 000.
A house like this one still has over 500 m² of useable space, so you can expect renovation costs of PLN 2 000 000 which is about 435.000 EUR as a lower reference value! However, experience shows that the costs are usually always higher, so that further financial leeway should be ensured.
